ABOUT ME
--Laura Delgadillo--

As the parent of three children who trained in performing arts in elementary through high school and now have careers in the arts, I struggled for years to figure out the choices, paths, etc. to help my children reach their full potentials as artists, while also assessing affordability and accessibility.
As the mother of a now professional dancer, I was not sure at any turn if we were making smart choices about training, performance, etc. and just as I gained confidence navigating the dance world, my son announced his interest in acting and I had no one to turn to for guidance.
I discovered in my journey that there are many directions, paths and choices that can lead to a fulfilling hobby, a prestige college program, or even a professional career. Along the way, it is important to get good advice, know the requirements of the program or path, and understand your child’s interests, talents, etc.
With my knowledge and experience with the Charlotte and the national arts scene --including dance, acting, voice, musical theater -- I have helped guide numerous children down the right path during middle and high school and have assisted others pursuing performing arts in college and professionally.
